It means that DEMS are trying to claim that the Twitter demands for the 4 page Memo to be released are fake automated messages from Russia. Which is a pathetic excuse made by pathetic congresscritters. We have a right to see the memo! Grrrr....

I don't recall the news source that iI read it from, but their article said, Twitter had already done an audit and that it was American citizens that were tweeting #ReleaseTheMemo, not Russian hackers or bots.

This was ploy by Schiff and Feinstein to throw the scent off the trail of what's in the memo. A diversion.
