Jack Dorsey has been in the news in the days leading up to this Q drop. I read about his when Project Veritas (James O'Keefe) started taunting Jack about an expose they had filmed using undercover operatives. Veritas videos re Dorsey record his employees describing exactly how conservative voices and engagement were methodically suppressed, how personal information (e.g., intimate photographs) is harvested (even private "Direct Messages") and reviewed by massive teams at Twitter made up of 300-400 employees.

Q drops #561, #391 & #153 all include the question:

"When does a bird sing?"

FReeper JGT provided the best answer to this Question I've come across (my paraphrase):

Twitter has been exposed "shadow banning conservatives", harvesting and selling user's information, and serving as the mouthpiece of the CIA. I can see why many believe the "Jack" in Q drop #595 is likely to be Jack Dorsey. The man was the mouthpiece for the deep state. I've read that Silicon Valley is essentially a CIA intelligence gathering operation. Twitter's treasonous behavior certainly supports that theory.

James O’Keefe is not Q nor is he related in any way to Q. James made a name for himself by going undercover during the Obama administration and capturing videos proving the corruption and fraud behind the scenes in the words of inside corruptocrats. During Obama’s mishandling of...well just about everything...James donned clothing like that worn by Osama Bin Laden and waded across the Mexican border into the US to prove that Obama was derelict in protecting us.

Vast parts of it are. Google, Twitter, and Facebook are not all that they seem.

The Deep State has set up its own reconnaissance, "CIA", and intelligence networks at companies. Julia Assange discovered this years ago. Snowden confirmed it, but what has never been fully disclosed is the full breadth of corruption.
