Amusing that India, China and Iran spend huge amounts of money and time on nuclear weapons and missiles but simply have been unable to build and staff the nuclear power plants they have planned to build. They continue to suffer from electricity shortages and pollute mightily to generate what they have.
Other than “throw weight”, what makes any missile “nuclear capable”?
The US should cut off all aid and trade with India, just as we should Pakistan and China. These are an axis of enemies that we have funded and enabled to become 3rd world sh1tholes with nuclear weapons.
India is much more of a threat to Red China than to the US.
Both are infesting the US with spies. Ruining the US with the backward cultures, tribal mores, and cheap labor. The US needs to look long term and realize we are building up our enemies, two countries that are not allies, who will stab us in the back when the time is right.
You need to update your India research. India has not received or needed foreign aid from US in decades. And the economy in India has been growing 3 times faster than US during Obama’s 8 years who was elected by some Americans who have no clue how economy works. Thanks to Trump, now the Indian economy is growing only twice as fast as US.

Have you ever been to India, Pakistan, and China? I have.
I have been to many countries in Europe and I can definitively say that being there gave me no clue to the government’s goings-on or whether they were alliances or enemies. Saying you were there doesn’t say much
