WASHINGTONThe United States mistakenly supported Chinas membership of the World Trade Organization in 2001 during Bill Clintons presidency on terms that have failed to force Beijing to open its economy, the Trump administration said on Friday as it prepares to clamp down on Chinese trade.

Trump said, that would change.
Will it?
We will see. Trump you have now been leading America for one entire year.
China just set a NEW record trade surplus with America.
Trump this is the issue, along with the southern border, that I have been supporting you.
I voted for you, contributing to your narrow window in Michigan.
Trump, stand up for American interests, it is time to support and to grow American trade interests once again.
For real.
clinton was not president in 2001?
That must have come as a big surprise to then President Bush.
He was until January 20th.
Just to be clear about it, the author said that not Trump.
I think his point wasn’t that it was Clinton.
Both parties have been completely sold out.
I think he is saying we gave far too much to China, and got basically NOTHING back.
You may see something else in his words. But everyone has been selling out America for a very long time.
Trump is really the first guy even mentioning this problem.
And it is a very serious problem.
Probably wishful thinking by Rooters.....
Clinton supported China’s admission to WTO. Bush however was the President who voted to admit China to the WTO. Both were wrong. Trump is right
He was for about 20 days... pardoned a bunch of folks then.
Clinton might have eased some of the terms in exchange for really big speaking fees...
