Well, they still missed. The object reportedly fell into Northern Lake Michigan. That range is -84.7 to -87.1, not 83.
83 could mean E or W. If east, we should be looking around China/India.
Other than the message being somewhat cryptic and seemingly near the longitude it fell near, there is not much to be gotten from it other than speculation...
Coordinates (longitude at least) wasn’t “exact”. Close enough to be interesting, far enough to not be convincing. Longitude off by about 100 miles - not bad accuracy for falling space debris, ditto timing within 1 day. Gets my attention (crass naysaying comments above aside), will keep my eye on Q for a while. Will probably soon ignore again, since I don’t have time/reason to dig thru cryptic comments about that which I’m unlikely to see relevant consequences to.
Hmmm, sounds like the vicinity of my cottage. Maybe I should go and check it out this weekend......
Starting at the Canadian Border, the 83.07 longitude passes between Dearborn and Detroit. I would look at which congressional districts are on that line going South.

Except that it didn't say it was longitude. Or that it was anything. The meaning is filled in by the readers after the fact. Even if it had to be a coordinate, it could have been any point along two circles around the Earth. And close is accepted. So anything interesting that happened near one of those lines could be claimed as a "prediction". Which of course it is not. And if nothing at all happened? It would just be ignored and one of the other lines of the multitude of gibberish he posts would be picked out. Seriously, this is basic fake psychic stuff. John Edward would do a better job.
