Megyn Kelly's Today show is facing claims it is a 'completely toxic' environment where staff including young female assistants are 'abused and harassed' by executives who 'scapegoat' and launch f-word tirades, a bombshell email obtained by DailyMail.com reveals. The email was sent by the show's head writer to colleagues after he was fired this week following complaints he made to NBC News president Noah Oppenheim and to NBC HR.

Megyn better be saving every penny from this year’s salary. I have a feeling that she will be gone as soon as NBC can do it legally. If she invests correctly, she should be able to live the rest of her life on that money. Otherwise, she will be homeless and not in a good place financially because I think her days of working in the media are about to end.

Not sending her to Korea was the first step. Next up, by not going, she didn’t add value hence the declining revenue. Finally, she doesn’t fit into the “new” direction they are going in. It will cost them the remainder of the contract, but she should be gone before summer.

lol. True, but when you have a lifestyle like she does, it doesn’t go far. In fact, it can be a disaster once that money stops.

I’m kinda surprised the staffer was a ‘he’.
How many times do we hear of actors or athletes that get paid millions a year, but end up broke? They stupidly don’t know how to handle their money and arrogantly think it will always keep pouring in.

Has anyone made a list of those who went after Trump, meeting with disaster... Megyn is one... There are others.. coincidence or is there something to it.
She was paid far more than she was ever worth, demonstrating yet again, the business savvy of the NBC leadership.
She should indeed, be set for life. Only two potential flies in that ointment. First, her narcissism is not going to allow her to quietly retire to raise her children.
And, who knows what her expenses are. Even living modestly in NYC costs a princely sum. She may be burning through cash much faster than we know, just supporting her lifestyle and her husband, the “writer”.
Moral of the story: don’t try to ambush Trump.

Then why did management hire her? Did something go wrong?
In her defense, Megyn was not involved in any of the cited abuse and likely wasn’t aware of it.
I just wonder if someone at NBC didn’t INTENTIONALLY assign the two abusive (and CLEARLY INCOMPETENT) head producers to the “Megyn Show” (or whatever it is called) as sabotage. That type of sabotage is not unknown or even rare in organizations to counter a move with which they disagree.
Word is Megyn refused Executive demands that she have Trump bashers appear on her show. This has sparked a war.
