FBI Baffled by Encryption (FBI DIRECTOR Wray wants back doors on devices)That sounds alarmingly as if he's confused and believes the government to be the master and the people to be subservient. I can see why WE'D need to be able to read all THEIR mail (since we're paying them to write it), but the other way round...not so much.

Which of course is the whole point behind controls over surveillance.
