Well organized, informative review of the 13 names listed on the Annex attached to President Trump's Executive Order dated December 21, 2018.
The vlogger concludes by offering his opinion that the EO Annex appears to identify 13 individuals which serve to indirectly target Clinton (i.e., Clinton was the original target but Trump intentionally veiled his target with the names on the list).

I thought the vlogger was great. He mentions at the start of the video that the EO allows assets to be freezed not just of the 13 persons named but those who donate to them.
The vlogger doesn't mention that one of the names, Dan Gertler, has his own foundation. When the EO was released in December of '17, a review of Gertler's foundation donors included Bill and Melinda Gates and the Clinton foundation as well as a few other recognizable large organizations. Checking the foundation website today with the intention of posting a link, I see that info has been scrubbed.
May I impose upon you to correct a date typo in the title of this post? The last few characters in the title I have written ‘2018’ when it should read ‘2017.’ Thank you.
Who are the13? Some would be obvious, some not.

Foreign nationals. No EO would target American citizens like this, as citizens are entitled to full due process. Or at least as much as they can afford.

I’ve read some opinion that since the EO declares a “national emergency” due process entails, or can entail, military tribunals without the civilian processes with which I am more familiar.
The text of the EO said donors to these individuals can have their assets frozen. This must have frozen the assets of Clinton Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation and I found that most encouraging.
Again, does not apply to US citizens. National emergency CONNECTED TO HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS enables an EO to use specific laws passed by Congress that have such a specific condition. These are described at the beginning of the actual EO.
We disagree. In reading over the EO again, I still see references to foreign persons and people who support them. The people who support them do not have to be foreign. Sections iii and 4 for example.
Americans holding money for them would have that money confiscated. And Americans are prohibited from financial dealings with them. But any *prosecution* of Americans would be normal American due process.
The USA is under at least 30 different states of emergency. The one Jimmy Carter declared because of the Iranian hostage crisis is still in effect. If any old ‘national emergency’ involves official suspension of normal due process, President Trump wouldn’t have needed to declare this one at all.

That’s the claim! Catch the part about Russia bombing the Hell out of those who were a part of the planned attack? Putin is NOT a Deep State lover. Seem to remember in the past week or so that news released about Russia’s bombing these dirty rotten scoundrels but no particular interest at the time and info was flushed.

I understood ‘MI’ from Q posts was Military Intelligence and that it was working for Trump against Deep State. Another post said 90% of military. I reasoned this was why there was a strange ceremonial display on Trump’s inauguration day. When Trump went to the podium to speak. UNsmiling representatives from each branch of the military stepped down off their dias and stood shoulder to Shoulder with Trump while he delivered his address and then when he stopped speaking, he returned to his chair and the unsmiling phalanx of uniforms went back to their places - no explanation given.
At the time I asked a FReeper military person what it meant and the mil said Trump was indicating that he had the military. Later Trump chose to surround himself with generals - it looked like good support.
But the Annonymous posting sounds like Navy MI and the video certainly has a good explanation and timeline. Q posted a picture of George Washington crossing the Deleware Dec 25, indicated patriots moving into harms way and went dark. Q followers checked into the image and found that Washington returned with prisoners and goods. So it was believed Assange would be freed that night or soon. They saw the Navy Julian Assange as confirmation because they believed POTUS had the military. WHy wouldn’t Trump be able to fire whoever he wanted in Navy Intelligence to clean that out.
What is most disturbing of course is the info re Syria planning to kill Trump on his visit. Had you heard the Russians were just attacked by that kind of drone and had losses? Believable. Disturbing. According to Q NK is CIA proxy and I assumed they had a big bunker there. Wonder what to think. Great link. Thanks.

This happened about two days ago (heard this on one of the many news casts) Just Googled and found I’d heard correctly.
Yes. Goal was to let him leave country under Ecuadoran passport but CIA made UK refuse to accept the passport as legit (i.e., he’d be arrested if he left embassy).
