President Trump keeps saying the swamp will be drained. Is it happening?

The Democrats are joyous all the Republicans are retiring. My question is are those Republicans part of the elite establishment group or is it age or what?

Birth pangs from the realignment we are going through. We are going to win some new areas, and lose some old ones as both sides dig in. My guess is small Republican gains in the Senate, small losses in the House. It is hard when Trump is doing all the heavy lifting and table setting.

He’s draining his own admin pretty well but the jury’s out on the Deep State players (pun intended).

I am not a believer that draining a swamp works. The problem is not the swamp; the problem is the alligators in the swamp. I am a firm believer in killing alligators.

Over the past several years, it seems to be more like bailing water in a sinking boat that has a hole in the hull. Every time a swamp rat is ousted, a “good guy” is turned into a new swamp rat.

What the hell happened to Jeff Sessions? Remember when we liked Paul Ryan? Marco Rubio? The list goes on. It’s like a rabid contagion in Washington DC.

There is no sewer pumper big enough on the globe that can drain this swamp. Trump is at least doing a little of the draining every week, but I fear all of this will be lost once Piglosi is the speaker again, what with all the GOP incumbents retiring.

Swamp will be drained when CINC can attend a rally riding in a convertible.

The groundwater, of which The Swamp is visible, is the Council on Foreign Relations, Goldman-Sachs, and the big DC law firms. That groundwater is still well represented in the Trump Administration.

I give him credit for trying. All the other RINO’s couldn’t/can’t even talk a good game.

Gonna have to skim some of the scum off first - it’s a hugh (and series) task and he’s setting the stage for a deeper cleansing.

I believe Trump is trying. Clearly the was either weaponized by Obama or allowed itself to become weaponized against citizens. To attempt to get a FISA warrant with known false information should have a penalty of the firing squad. The fact they did this for political reasons makes it even worse.

This is far far worse than Watergate. Obama might not be in the Whitehouse, but this should be a stain on him and the democrats for ages. It is time to start calling this what it is.......treason.

My pastor openly worried about NK the other week in church. American’s have more to fear from their own government then doughboy.

Nothing fuels the swamp like government surveillance. And the Democrats, Republicans, and Trump are all apparently prepared to grow that swamp.

It’s not like the Swamp will ever be completely drained.
But that doesn’t mean you give up.

Otherwise, it’s amazing how we thought we may never get a fighter in the WH ever again..and now we have one and to many are sounding like we are doomed?

Blah!

As the swamp gets drained, the alligators and snapping turtles will be setting out overland, and in passage, they may be even more dangerous to those who encounter them.

Alligator shoes should come back into fashion.

Have you seen any recent pictures of any of these folks who is not wearing a walking cast or ankle bracelet? McCain recently forgot which foot was “injured”.
