Trump's First Year Of Job Growth Was Below President Obama's Last Six Years
Forbes ^ | 1/6/2018 | Forbes

Over the September to December timeframe, there were 163,000 additional jobs per month and for the year 171,000 jobs were added monthly. This compares to President Obama’s last six years where the job market averaged at least 174,000 per month and hit 250,000 in 2014. It isn’t too surprising that job growth has slowed since the unemployment rate has dropped to very low levels.

While the job number was below expectations, the Dow Industrials increased 220 points or 0.9%, the S&P 500 was up 19 points or 0.7% and the NASDAQ gained 58 or 0.8%.

Really? Is it [because] they removed the months where labor was used for the Hurricanes? Something is not right...

Now even Forbes has become delusional.

Sorry, but turning one full time job into two part time jobs is not “job growth”.

And Trump doesn’t have dedicated bureaucrats and news people fudging the numbers to make him look good.

Gee, somehow they drew the line to make his devastating first two years not count...

Nor do they mention that Zeros jobs were part-time with few benefits.

171,000 jobs rate was down at that count because the same month the tax bill was about to be released and companies didn’t know what to do until the report was released.

Most of Obama’s jobs were in Government so they weren’t really jobs at all.

Considering the government jobs BO’B created, this is not unexpected. The paper pushers, pencil sharpeners, erasers, and shredders...they add to a grand total of well paying jobs in record time.

Our biggest enemy is our government.

The correct correlation would be to compare Obama’s FIRST year stats with Trump’s FIRST year stats. But, then, that would not produce the desired results.

Notice that Obama’s first 2 years were omitted. So, even including them would skew the desired results.

Pathetic attempt by Forbes to prompt up Obama’s numbers.

And how many jobs eliminated?

You can’t have that level of jobs being added indefinitely.

The growth in REAL full-time jobs has been little short of phenomenal, and only may be expected to reach even higher.

The peculiarities of Obamacare made the decision by many employers to use a much shorter workweek, so as to avoid certain requirements for insurance coverage, and employ TWO part-time workers, instead of one full-time worker for a particular position. Clumsy, but an economic decision, NOT dictated by market.

1. obozo lied about employment numbers, and figures were adjusted down repeatedly.
2. obozo discounted the 90 million “out of the work force” so numbers and percentges were deceptive/lies.
3. as mentioned “part time’ jobs are not sustainable full time real “jobs”...

Dow, GDP, job market participation, wage growth, low unemployment (for minorities too,) and I’m positive there are more indicators as well. Forbes has gone off the deep end. I have ranked them with the economist for awhile now.

The average American will see and feel the sunshine. No amount of number flubbing double talk will change that. The last time I felt such a reversal of economic fortunes was shortly after Ronald Reagen took office. Seems like they tried to convince us he wasn’t making a difference too.

Are we comparing Obama-created part-time jobs to Trump-created full-time jobs?

.
Obamacare caused millions of fulltime jobs to become multiple part time jobs.
