I'd really like to know exactly what the definition of "Alt-Right" is, as it clearly appears the MSM and even the FBI have their signals crossed. If the Alt- Right indeed is comprised of leftist organizations, such as socialists, Nazis and the like, ought it not be called the "alt-left"? Maybe it is just me, but I don't know of anyone who calls themselves "right wing" that has a bone of contention to pick with people of other color, based on color. Once again, the left gets to paint the "Right" with a derogative moniker that intentionally confuses the "Right" with the "not as left as" the Communist National Socialist Movement (NAZI).

I’ve ridden that particular Amtrak train more than once. IIRC it’s the California Zephyr which runs between Chicago and San Francisco. While I did see some black people on it the vast majority of passengers were white with a significant percentage being European tourists.
It’s actually a very nice trip, or at least it used to be.

I “googled” Alt-Right- and guess what, every response was related to a neo Nazi, white supremacy theme, seems some skin headed idiot coined the term a few years back, 2008 or so.
Every right leaning ( conservative as opposed to modern liberal) person ought to be aware that leftist ideologies are apparently trying to associate with them, and we all ought to clarify the point anytime we hear the term coined in conversation.

Having ridden once on AMTRAK, I’d tend to say if your whole aim in life was to target and attack blacks while on a AMTRAK train...you probably won’t find more than three-percent of the passengers being non-white.
You’d be better off showing up at the Memphis Greyhound Bus Terminal, or stopping at some gas station just off the interstate there in Birmingham, Alabama.

I agree. The people who travel on Amtrak, in all but the Northeast, are wealthy geriatrics, taking advantage of huge government subsidies going to Amtrak. There are very, very, few ‘black people’ on those trains.

very good point. I have always wondered why there was/is never an Alt-Left that is pointed out in the “news”. IMO there is an Alt-Right and an Alt-Left and they make up a total of 20% of Americans, but somehow get 100% of the press. When a really good person/group (recent TEA partiers) who represents the other 80% of us Americans the press mocks them.
“Alt-right” is and always been an attempt to somehow link the National Socialist movement with the American brand of conservatives and its sometimes ally, libertarians.
It is the National SOCIALIST movement, as contrasted with the International SOCIALIST movement. These two ideologies have their differences, but the fact remains they are both SOCIALIST, and essentially represent command-and-control ideologies, a concept well developed with the ideology of Islam, which is a primitive sort of SOCIALISM, with the added feature of claiming supernatural moral authority in the name of a minor deity known as Allah, a renegade from the authority of JHWH, sometimes also referred to as Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews.
