Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes cooked w/ bacon
METHOD Make Fluffy Buttermilk Pancake Batter as per box directions.
Pour into squeeze bottle; cut tip to ease pouring.
Spray griddle; heat to medium, about 300 deg.
Squeeze out pancake batter in long oval shape onto griddle, bit bigger than cooked bacon slices.
Center w/ cooked bacon slice, gently press into batter. Zig zag more batter on top.
Cook til batter bubbles up; then flip; cook golden brown.
Serve hot w/ maple syrup and butter.
