It would be fun and enjoyable to watch. Unfortunately,
it will be the faculty of the education department that will picket the math department for being too demanding, too problem-solving orientated, too white, and too rigorous.

Adding up government grants to black people—that’s real racist math! :-(

The Muslims appropriated the concept of the zero from the Hindus.

Engineers build things. Lawyers just get in the way.

So let them not have to learn math and send them back to the lands of their ancestors where they can be happy in loin clothes and using spears to secure their meals.

The muslins were responsible for the concept of zero:

I thought it was the Sumerians or some such. I think zero was invented a long time before Mohammad came along.

Just teach the math, and stop whining about who invented it!

Reminds me of the Nazis bitching about "Jewish Physics."

Utter idiocy.

“who is capable in mathematics”

It seems that Ms. Gutierrez has just admitted that Hispanics are not capable of doing mathematics, huh?

Here’s a link to the individual results of the 2017 Math Olympiad. The top 10 are from:

Iran
Japan
Vietnam
China
Republic of Georgia
USA (Chinese-American)
Belarus
Korea
Korea
Korea

The top Canadian (#15) also has a Chinese name.

The rest of the “Gold Medal” winners show a similar pattern of multi-national/multinational winners (except for Sub-Saharan Africa). But the facts never get in the way of snowflake race-mongers.

Flying requires real knowledge, including math. Would be fascinating to learn how many of these “math is racist” morons had earned a license.

Almost no black people succeed in military aviation or as submariners. Ever wonder why?

College of Education. Enough said.

So to teach mathematics in a public school, working knowledge of mathematics is no longer necessary. One must have a degree from a “college of education”, which pushes cultural Marxism rather than working knowledge of the appropriate subject matter. If someone does in fact have working knowledge of the subject matter (a real degree in math, science, engineering, or even history), that candidate would be shut out, since only a “teaching degree” is acceptable, and anything further is to the detriment of the applicant.
Thank you, teachers unions (I didn’t really mean thank you, but y’all knew that, and what I really meant).
