The standards that an ant could clear?

People (R & D) are so easily fooled by names. The “Affordable Care Act” had nothing to do with affordability, only with who pays the higher prices it created.

The “consumer protection” law was not about protecting consumers, but funneling money to liberal organizations (along with many other things that didn’t protect consumers).

And “Net Neutrality” has nothing to do with “neutrality”, but with the government regulating broadband in a variety of ways including content. And you can be sure the government will not be neutral in application. They could have used monopoly law to fix some of the problems they cited. Or come up with a 2015 set of regulations instead of adopting the old regulations. Or only adopted the 70 pages they said they’d enforce rather than an additional 230+ pages they claimed will be ignored (until the FCC or FEC decides to use them in the future).

I suspect the left wasn’t telling us the truth about their real reason for loving Net Neutrality: ‘control’...

Right on every point... net neutrality was about control... future control of content... a boot on the neck of free speech.

Net Neutrality was the only program of Obama’s that might of slipped under Trump’s radar, but didn’t. In 7 years, there will be no Obama Legacy worth remembering.
