It is my understanding that Florida will not allow firearms to be used to kill these snakes, which is amazing to me.

Apparently the high up officials don’t actually want to get rid of the snakes.

Maybe the fear is that they are next!

In that case the hunter broke the law, because the article says he shot it (the snake, not the law).
