SEOUL (Reuters) - Large military drills being carried out by the United States and South Korea and U.S. threats of a preemptive war against Pyongyang have made the outbreak of war on the Korean peninsula “an established fact”, North Korea’s foreign ministry said.

Okay, take them at their word and strike first. Our casualties will thus be far less. I do not say this lightly nor in jest. North Korea can not defeat us by any measure.

They have demonstrated they have a 250 kiloton weapon. They claim it is miniaturized and can now fit on their intercontinental missiles. If this is fact they could do great damage to our nation.

Kim is a madman but not insane. Take him at his word and act accordingly.

Of even greater importance is whom gave the technology to Kim to progress from relative crude fission weapons to a miniturized weapon in just a few short years, if he really has it?

It took the USA many years with the best scientists in the world to do this. Our first large thermonuclear weapons weighed tons. I actually doubt he has miniaturized thermonuclear weapons but if he does, the nation that gave this technology to him is our sworn enemy and also a target.

China aided Pakistan in their very advanced nuclear arsenal program many years ago. China is not stupid and would have not aided North Korea's nuclear program. However, the technology they transferred to Pakistan could have easily went to North Korea.

We have a problem of targeting. Better the bad guys than the USA.

Thanks again Truman. Bastard. Politicians need to stay out of wars and let the generals fight them. MacArthur had these scumbags on the ropes and would've nuked China to the stone age if they would have intervened. Both China and NK wouldn't be the threat that they are now.

I say drop some targeted MOABs on Pyongyang and call it a night and end this crap once and for all.

There is no way to fly a MOAB across the NOKO border without taking out their entire anti-air weapon systems, which would result in immediate arty bombardment of Seoul and mega-deaths, possibly even see NOKO launch some sort of nuclear weapon.
