When Operation Underground Railroad founder Tim Ballard looks at the latest artwork by conservative political painter Jon McNaughton, he gets emotional.
Painted into “The Underground Railroad” are Ballard and his wife, depicted carrying children they helped rescue from sex trafficking.

I didn't know...
**....on McNaughton says, “Sean Hannity just purchased my painting “The Forgotten Man” to give to Donald Trump to hang in the White House.” I would imagine he did this to serve not only as a reminder to Donald Trump of the promises he made to the voters, but also remind any establishment politicians of their failure to acknowledge a large portion of America, and what happens when politicians put their own interests ahead of the forgotten men and women of this country.**
So, this is where I've seen the artist's work before.

I’ve never seen his painting directly.
I have seen them on the web for a long time. They are powerful.
If Hannity bought the painting, good. If he gave or loaned it to Trump. Good.
I doubt my faith is exactly the same as McNaughton, makes no difference.

I think he *abbreviates* things ....stylistically, for the Rio Linda crowd, that is problematic.
Perhaps he is learning to slow things down when he speaks, as you point out.
