PORTLAND, Ore.–Parents at a rural Oregon high school have filed a federal lawsuit over the school district's policy to allow a transgender male student to use the boys' locker room and bathroom, mirroring a similar civil action in Illinois that did not survive a legal challenge.
The lawsuit filed this week in Portland challenges a decision by the Dallas School District to allow Elliot Yoder, now 16, to use boys' facilities.(snip)
"The case targets transgender youth for simply existing and seeking an education," said Mat dos Santos, legal director for ACLU Oregon. "This lawsuit is senseless and cruel but it is not a meaningful threat to the right of transgender students in Oregon."
Herb Grey, an attorney for the parents of three current and former Dallas students, disagreed and said the district's policy to allow Yoder into such private spaces violated the civil rights of the majority of the students who do not identify as transgender. Boys using the locker room and bathroom feel embarrassed and ashamed to have to disrobe in the presence of another student who was biologically female, he said.
"The key to this whole thing is not just the privacy and the rights of just one student. It's the rights of all the students and their parents and you can't interpret federal law and state law and impose it on everyone else and say you're accommodating everyone — because you're not accommodating everyone," said Grey, the plaintiffs' attorney.
The school has a gender neutral bathroom that Yoder initially used for changing before gym class, but he asked to use the boys' facilities because the bathroom was two floors away from the locker room and other students noticed when he left to change.

Transgender youth don’t exist. Transgenderism is a misnomer. They don’t really change genders.
Every boy in school should put on dresses and makeup and use the girls’ facilities. Wonder what the ACLU and school officials would say about that.
Is a trans boy (girl) sexually attracted to boys or girls?
If boys is is (her) desire to get naked with boys simply a way for her to have relations with boys?
If he (she) is attracted to girls would it not be more productive to disrobe with girls and look for a lesbian girlfriend?

Says a lot, IMO. I have seen numerous cases of people not smiling. Even advertisements. No, if you are advertising some product as great, might as well make the people in the add look happy about what you are advertising. Same with causes. At least have people look confident.

From the context I think it means that a girl who claims to be a boy wants to use the boys' bathroom and the boys' locker room. But ignoring the context, in plain English it states that there is a male who is afflicted with something called "transgender" who is the source of the problem.
Why must they destroy our English tongue to accommodate their mental illness? Why do the news agencies slavishly buy into this crap?

Encouraging and enabling this abnormal, confused behavior will only make matters worse for everyone, especially the confused youth.
When you read the word “transgender,” understand that it means fake. So if they say “transgender boy,” they’re really saying “fake boy.” When you read it that way, it’s easier to understand what they’re saying. They’re saying a fake boy wants to undress with real boys.
That girl brainwashed into thinking she’s a boy looks scared out of her wits.
