I bought a gun from Turners in SO Cal back in the 80’s. They’ve been around a long time. They have 3 other locations. This will be the 4th.

Yep. Turners had several stores around when I lived in SoCal. Like a smaller version of Cabelas, etc. Good source for supplies and ammo. Never bought a firearm from them, but that was a while ago.

I have purchased three guns from them in the past four years. Their prices are competitive.

They have quite a few stores in southern CA, with three in Orange County.

There are 22 Turner’s locations, all in California.

Salinas and San Carlos are the only ones in Northern CA.

The rest are all SoCal and on into Central CA

But everybody knows you can’t get or own guns in CA

There are a few in Orange County, CA.

Just bought a Winchester .308 and a nice .22 Pistol from them a couple of Months ago. They have pretty good Sale prices and a good selection.

I wasn’t aware they sold Select Fire “Assault Weapons” though. LOL

Now I’m hearing that we’re supposed to get a Cabela’s near my area sometime next year.

At the Mall they are tearing down and “remodeling” in Laguna Hills. At least that’s the story I’ve been told.

Right now the only one is off the I-15 near the 210 on the way to Vegas. Way too far for me.

How can one buy "assault rifles" in California? Did CA law change?

They “changed” ;
The hand grip to a paddle thing,
They pinned the stock in place and
Removed the muzzle device.
That is a California approved AR15.

They “changed” ...

It's never been an "assault rifle" (full auto). And it's no longer an "assault weapon" by definition.

No pistol grip, no flash suppressor, no mag well for detachable magazines ... it's pathetic.
