Now, none of that keeps you from spouting off at any occasion about any and all matters - inarticulately. All you have to do is work a little harder and write more clearly to make your position understandable (it helps not to be drinking at the time) and maybe we'll all get along.
Your reading comprehension is off, just a bit: never said that you were court-martialed. Merely said that I have been a member of several court-martial Boards (one of the judges), have referred several of my Marines to various courts-martial, and have been the primary witness at several courts-martial - and even was an assistant defense attorney for one. My background is more less usual for a career officer.
Therefore, it's just possible that I may know a whole lot more about those proceedings than you do.
I despise Bergdahl a lot more than you do, and if I had been on his board, he'd be standing in front of a firing squad at Leavenworth. But neither President Trump nor Congress had anything to do with Bergdahl's sentence. That was the responsibility of that army General Court-Martial Board and for whatever reason, they failed to do their duty.
Guilty as charged. At least I have been somewhere and done something, right? Feel free to let us know, in detail, what wondrous things you have done for your country.

Bergdal was a traitor who got his buddys killed and I find this courts ruling revolting on its surface as does President Trump
