Back 70s when Mom and Dad were short on money Mom would buy spam, slice it up and put in baking dish with brown sugar glaze on it and bake in oven. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans, not a bad meal.

Spam is great for prepping. I'm telling you folks, you need to have a plan and have emergency supply food on hand. For as little as $100, you can create a great list for emergencies.
Never know when the NORKs or the urban ferals get out of hand.

There is a Spam museum in Austin, Minn. Visited it this summer, very interesting plus you get the chance to buy every Spam variation they make.
