The good news: Despite his awkward wording, Trump appears to have made an end to chain migration a necessity in any immigration deal. That alone can mean 10 million fewer immigrants over the next 15 years, whereas DACA affects 700,000.

They have been proposing one form of DREAM Act and another since 2001. They can and will propose the moon and stars, which is one reason they have never been able to get anywhere.
Yes we need to be vigilant, and keep our eye on this, but to act as though it is a done deal is not reality.

You first might want to inform yourself about what is going on, this is not a new topic. The first DREAM Act proposed bill was in 2001. You can go through all the proposed DREAM Act proposed, there is some pretty wild stuff in all of them.
