GOPe wants to put off the debt ceiling increase to when after next November 2018. Right? Trump wants these clowns to authorize it over again in 90 days. Repub clowns get painted as being no fiscal conservatives but cucks. Chucky Cheese may have other reasons for doing so and as usual will fail.
It brings me no pleasure to say it, but you are right. The Republicans control the whole government, and Planned Parenthood is funded but the wall is not. All because congressional Republicans are petrified of the media and shutdowns. It’s insane.
The only silver lining - and I mean THE only one if they use it - is that if the looming debt ceiling was the only thing that ended the last shutdown. If they raise it through the midterms but the CR ends in December, Democrats really have no leverage to end a government shutdown. But, the president needs to publicly declare that he will sign no further budgets without wall funding - period.

By saying he "will revisit" it allows more for his control of the fix. Trump wants the good ones to stay, and that is what is hard for some of us to accept. It's understandable but, he talked about it in the campaign, he will let the "good ones" back. I still voted for him and I will again.

They *know* Trump is doing this to put many GOPe seats in play next year in the Primaries ... they either get in line or else Trump more than likely will use the bully pulpit to put many GOPe House critter seats in jeopardy and force the GOP to blow a lot of money defending seats against “deplorable” primary opponents.
Unless the GOPe is blockhead level stupid (I suppose that might be the case), they know Trump won the Presidency because of his platform and that the GOPe will die if they don’t support him. Trump merely put the wishy washy frauds that play conservative around election time on notice by doing this.
