Retire Babe Ruth’s number. He did as much for baseball as any other player. And none can match his stats as a pitcher/player.

Well Mr Aaron, I stopped watching because Colin is disrespecting our flag on national television.

He’s free to do what he wants on his free time. While he’s on the job, he should follow the rules of the job. The rest of have to as well.

He’s been a whiny race baiter for a while.

George Herman "Babe" Ruth Jr's #3 was retired by the New York Yankees on June 13, 1948.

You quoted me but you didn't read what I said. I called Aaron the greatest hr hitter in my life time. Not of all time. That would be G.H. (Babe) Ruth. I was born in 1954.

Aaron’s HR/AB ratio doesn’t put him in the top 20.

If Hank Aaron had batted .202 with 3 home runs and 22 RBIs over his previous three years would he expect some team to sign him to a big contract once he walked away from the Braves?

PS: I knew his number with Yankees had been retired. Fan of theirs since the 60's when I was a kid.

Thanks for clarification. I’m a little younger, was a huge NYY fan, especially in the last of their glory years, the late 70’s, but became disillusioned with all MLB after the second strike and the canceled World Series.
