DW can do a lot better social work than to bemoan the ownership(?) of cats, such as how to hound that Merkel to a state of raving madness, so as to install someone that cares more about the German people than for mohammedans.

My cat kills moles, mice, rabbits and other land based rodents..

I am to care why again?

Other than the fact that for a few months he would bring his kill and not so dead catch through the dog door for all to see. (he stopped.. Not sure why, but when good things happen you just accept it) it keeps them out of my boat and stored cars.

The cats kill the birds that are pecking your veggies and turn them into good plant food, and you are complaining???

I’ve had cats all my life, and never did one bring home a bird. They brought home mice and bugs.

But I’ve seen many eggs and baby birds - even pigeons and mourning doves - killed by crows; you see it daily in the Spring. And yet crows are still protected in this country - you can’t take one as a pet, even though in the past they were considered pests and dynamited by the roost-full.

Two great mental disorders combine in this article, earth worship and cat hating. Like it or not God put cats here for a purpose. The article reminds me of when arrogant and superstitious men who thought God made a mistake creating cats tried to eradicate them resulting in the decimation of Europe through plague.

And they were idolized in ancient Egypt, probably for protecting the grain stores.

I don’t know anyone with horses who doesn’t want a few cats living in the barn.

"ya... I’ll bet your kittehs see it the other way around, now, fill their dish and clean the box.. ;)"

My three kittehs have developed the habit of waiting for me in the master bathroom for when I return home from work. I always go into the bedroom to change to house clothes and they are all up on the vanities by the two sinks. They will not leave the room and will not stop "meer"-ing until I turn on a trickle of cold water at each sink.

The two alphas drink their fill and leave the bathroom to the little beta, who moves first to one faucet and then the other, ensuring that she drinks from both of them. One afternoon, I turned off the second faucet before she got to it and she stood there, meer-ing indignantly until she was able to drink from the second.

Yeah ... sure ... "I'm the owner" here ... riiiiight.

Heh. Largest single diesel prime mover I’m aware of is General Motors’ Electro-Motive 645 V20, which appeared in only a few locomotives (the SD45, SDP45, F45 and FP45 series) but had crankshaft problems. (The “645” stands for 645 cubic inch displacement per cylinder, so the 20-645E3/B would have a total displacement of 12,900 CID; bore is 9 inches and stroke is 10 inches.)

Yes you can prevent it, just take your cat, any pet will do really, to your local

People

Euthanizing

Tame

Animals

Office and they will gleefully terminate the threat to gaia and coincidently free the animal from it's slavery and deposit the remains in a completely heartless unsanitary manner in the closest dumpster,

Leftist insanity is killing everything!

Not to worry though; Yeshua will be here in about 7 years to fix the mess.

Got your ticket yet?

Was just kidding around. Those locomotives are huge so I just guessed at a number; not being very technical.

Not as much on the roads anymore. I haven’t heard a big rig with a two-stroke Detroit Diesel in a long time. They’re long gone from the buses too.

And I thought a 12-lb male was a heavy cat.

We presently have a 21 lb male that rids the neighborhood of rats. (some almost as big as cats)
