Every time they recounted the ballots, there were chads littering the floor. Every count changed the count. An incidental chad pop out had the same weight as an original vote. How anybody could have confidence in any recount is beyond me. Having said that, Gore NEVER had a lead in ANY count, recount, re-recount. The man is delusional in virtually everything he says.

The counting of votes was exhaustive. The NYT tried and came up empty multiple times. Knowing what we know now,Bush probably had more votes and many Gore votes were dead. They tried their hardest to shut the Panhandle vote down.I think we are still looking for Absentee Ballots. This man is delusional and sick in the head.
