Yes, McConnell and Ryan cannot deliver with their Republican majorities and should resign or be replaced. Trump should use his bully pulpit as president and leader of the party to demand they go.
I am far less concerned about McConnell than Ryan.
There’s no conservative who can pull strings with Ryan where needed, but there is one who has massive leverage over McConnell.
I’m fine with tolerating the turtle for now.

There is an old rule in politics - “You cannot beat somebody with nobody”.
Are there ANY prospects of a Freedom Caucus member stepping up to challenge Paul Ryan in the House, or any of the more conservative Republican Senators stepping up to challenge McConnell?
And once they succeed in their challenges, have they got the personal charisma and authoritative manner sufficiently imposing to move and unify otherwise orthopedically challenged (those lacking backbone) members of their respective chambers?
Democrats never seem to have a problem enforcing party discipline.
IMHO...if the Republican Caucuses do not remove both McConnell & Ryan...the Republican caucus will split, and a new major party Conservative party will be born. Neither Ryan or McConnell can lead their way out of a paper bag. Both are one hundred percent “Never Trumpers” & and one hundred percent GOP Establishment.
The rapidly approaching 2018 Mid-Term elections are coming on fast. We, Conservatives, have the golden opportunity to “Primary” the scum & vermin establishment of the Republican party. We must work harder then we did in 2016 to elect a massive conservative Senate and House, and do all possible, legally to totally destroy the entire Democrat “traitor” party, politically.

I don’t know about Mitch, but Ryan is completely secure as his congressional district loves him. As Speaker? You need to ask every Republican in the House save one who voted him into that job.

McConnell needs to exercise his power. Murkowski should be put on some other committee as a Jr member and her chairmanship should be given to the other republican senator, the same with Collins give it to someone else. There needs to be consequences. God is taking care of the McCain problem
