A dearth of marriagable men has left an “oversupply” of educated women taking desperate steps to preserve their fertility, experts say.
The first global study into egg freezing found that shortages of eligible men were the prime reason why women had attempted to take matters into their own hands.

hmmmm marriageable men means what exactly?? Losers? hell, there are just as many “loser” women as men it seems to me...
What I hear from my offspring is the “dearth” is on the other side. There seem to be literally NO females on the right side of the “Hot/crazy” index.
“Put some ice on that.” Or, rather, “Put that on some ice.”
The “dearth of marriageable men” is the direct result of a legal system that makes marriage a monumentally bad business arrangement for men, along with the legion of females who willingly use government as a substitute for a husband and father.

There are, but you have to fight through hundreds if not thousands of other suitors who are seeking the exact same rare creature.
Mind you, the US has about a 3 point shift on the crazy axis vs. the world average.

Hypergamy is real
Restore to men their right to be treated fairly in college admissions, and job applications. Stop assuming the man is always guilty when a woman accuses him of something. Treat fathers fairly in divorce proceedings. Stop making fun of men in commercials. Then maybe some men will want to get married. Until then, bugger off.
There are many more men today who avoid marriage. Hell, they can’t even commit to a gender, must less a mate.

Women are crazy. If they are “educated” and have a nice “job” why do they care if their husband is rich? They already have their own money.

Add hot liberal women into the mix and that number goes up exponentially.
Women have done more than their share to destroy the institute of marriage, and completely emasculate men. How can they be so blind as to complain about a situation that they created?
Last night I caught a few minutes of some feminist on Tucker Carlson complaining because it was called “natural” for women to nurse babies. She resented it - and she sounded mad, and nuts. So sick of them.
If I had to make a guess, they are all average looking women looking for a rich millionaire. Or they rode the merry go round for so long they are damaged goods.
The old ways were not to be “anti fun” but a simple realization of how people really are. You can’t play “stick of the week” for your prime fertility years and suddenly realize you need to find a good guy (who is probably married or scared off of women by that point) at age 30+.
Life is pretty hard to those who have poor time preferences.
Obviously, a legend in his own mind.

The women in these situations just want to complain, they don’t want solutions.
That was my first thought. It would be nice to hear the men’s side of the story for a change. Could be the men don’t have much desire to marry slutty women like the hookup babes we keep reading about on the college scene.
And yet, I'm sure she would claim to be an absolutely doctrinaire Darwinist, believing in nothing but "science."
What do these people think "natural selection" means?
