Kerr, who was on a panel at the Goop Health Summit in Culver City, California over the weekend, told host and Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow that she’s tried leech therapy, People reports.

"I’ve had a leech facial," said Kerr at the summit. She also noted that she enlisted the blood-sucking worms to help with her tailbone as well.

When the facial was finished, the Australian model decided to take the leeches home with her so they didn’t die. “I kept the leeches, they’re in my koi pond. You’re not allowed to reuse them and if you don’t take them home then she kills them and I didn’t like that idea,” said Kerr.

I don't know about dermatologists but I worked for a world famous hand surgeon years ago who used leeches on some of his patients.

Someone needs to tell her that the venom from a sidewinder relaxes wrinkles better than juvaderm.

There’s a facial joke there, but I am not gonna make it, I don’t even think Laz would.

I’d help with her tailbone. No leech needed!

What are her pet leeches called? They’d have to be hermaphrodite names like Pat.

I don’t go in my koi pond because I end up covered in koi poop.

They are prolific poopers.

It no longer phases me when I scoop it out by the handful in order to get to the filter which I should have cleaned last week.

I used to pick out a dozen tadpoles to add to my koi pond every year in the spring, spending time to get the healthiest, most active ones. I got a real kick out of releasing them into the big pond. There were never any frogs though...
One year I finally figured it out.
All the koi got very interested at tadpole release and I stayed to watch for a bit, noticed it was feeding frenzy. I had been serving snacks all those years. I don’t believe those leeches made it through the first night.

Probably not. Koi are very aggressive

Supposedly they secrete something that helps bruises to heal faster and reduces clotting.

They'll eat any organic matter they can fit in their mouths. And they will pursue like the athletes that they are. Have you ever seen them breed? It can be brutal.

That is hilarious.

Frogs have a lot of sex in my pond. I will never lack for tadpoles and baby frogs
