I will say this. I weighed 150 soaking wet and would carry 100 pounds of potatoes on each shoulder to get it into the steakhouse, I think it helped me later in life.

Watched the finals of both NBA and NHL...
NHL had 9 white skaters on ice...One black (Subban)
NBA had 9 black players on court...One white (Love)....

I will tell you the truth. The God fearing men and women from all the services have crossed my path. They are trained separately but have a different role to provide. Pay-grade much higher than mine. I am in my 50’s now and provide help in a different way.
