here's one recipe. I could smack you for making me want one!!! LOL! I am going to try to find an article that I read a few months ago that is the SCIENCE of choc chip cookie baking and how the various ingredients affect it and how to make crispy v. soft etc. It was fascinating, I know I sent to my daughter and nieces who are all smart and love to bake.

Send that one to me! We discuss that at Bible study all the time......my friend, Katie, is in a wheel chair since she had a car accident at 16, but she bakes the very best cookies ever! She is always baking for us. Her cookies are crispy without being hard, a difficult task to perfect. She has her own theories.
