I remember seeing this, also NYC I think, but don't remember drinking it (that good, LOL!) Maybe it's still in production somewhere?

When I was at the Zweibrucken Air Base in Germany during the 70s the airmen drank this stuff
Best beer I've ever had. Can't get it here.

We true beer conni-sewers drank Lucky, baby. Five bucks a case of 11-ouncers. And a rebus in the bottle cap. If you could solve the puzzle, you needed more beer.

Apparently still available somewhere, haven't seen one in years. Mickey's "big mouth".
Which brings up the topic of the old "Pony Beer", which was a 7oz mini bottle that a few brands put out. Pretty sure Miller had "pony" bottles of high life in the late 1970s. Not sure when they were discontinued.

I remember seeing an old TV show in which some woman was “drinking” an unlabeled beer. The can simply said...BEER.

This looks fairly recent, maybe most of these are still available in some places:

Back in the early 1960s we kids enjoyed watching those JAX beer commercials. They were cartoons and they were funny. Especially the ones where the cowboy wants a JAX for his horse and is refused. The horse then says, “That’s all right, I’m driving anyway!”
Then there was the one where the man is ordering Chinese food and a JAX. He orders Chicken fried rice, and the waiter says and writes..”Chicken flied Lice” while writing in Egyptian hieroglyphics.

My dad generally drank the cheapest beer available. At one point it was Falstaff. I was the yard slave, the yard was hard work and pops wasn’t having none if it except telling me what needed doing.
But after long hot sessions out there, and after the tools were put up in the assigned places, dad would say “son, you look hot, go grab yourself a beer and get me one too while you’re at it” It was usually Falstaff, and it was always icy cold.

How about these, an old school New York brand ...The Lion Brewery put out Lion Beer and Ale for almost 100 years. It was located at 108th Street and Columbus Avenue.
IIRC, the brewery was demolished in 1942 and the scrap metal used for the war effort.

I’ve not seen it. I’ll look for it at the 2nd hand DVD store.
