Prominent American lawyer and author Alan Dershowitz, a Democrat, told Elizabeth MacDonald on FOX Business Network that he had seen no evidence of collusion between Donald Trump and Russia and even if there was evidence it wasn’t a crime.
Alan Dershowitz: Well first of all I don’t see any evidence of collusion, and second even if there was major collusion, that’s not a crime. Even hypothetically if the administration or the candidate got together with the Russians and said, “Please help me become president. Do whatever you can to help me.” That wouldn’t be a crime… The most serious condemnations that have been made have nothing to do with criminal conduct. Collusion with the Russians is not criminal conduct.”

The problem is the investigation will try to get Trump or his subordinates caught up in perjury because of some incorrect memory or slightly contradictory statement. Sessions would be up on perjury if he made a statement while under oath omitting his meeting with the Russian ambassador, for example.

The democrats have to fan the flames. They don’t have anything to offer the American people. They’re ideas are empty. They have nothing.
The demos haven’t put up anything that helps the American people in many years. They’re empty.
We don’t have to let the Washington Post destroy this president. We can destroy Amazon. It’s time to fight back! This is war and Jeff Bezos is vulnerable.
If there was a crime it was stealing emails. But those emails basically show crimes from Hillary. Especially selling access to the US secretary of State. And mishandling top security information. And lying to officials. And destroying government documents. Those are crimes. And the emails pretty much prove the case.
Trump would be guilty if he was involved in stealing the emails. That he would have done before becoming president. But he would have to be impeached or otherwise end his presidency before he could go to trial.
Obama had all the info before he left office. If he wished to do anything or say anything it could have been done then. After Trump was in office, there is no evidence. And its a crime to spy on him.
