A proposition that should be easily able to test.
What is the way through this morass, then? The $$$ continues to pour in to the Uniparty reps, the lobbyists continue to write the junk that the Uniparty puts forward, the embeds are still larding the agencies, and all the rest. What is the solution?
It’s really simple. One man, + God, is greater than any swamp and any army.
If God has His hand on The Donald, everything will work out. If He doesn’t there isn’t a thing we can do.
Lincoln had half the country literally at war with him, and just under half of those that remained in the nation hating him, and half of those who were “on his side” thought he was a wimp not going far enough. ALL his cabinet members thought they were smarter than him. Yet he beat them all.
Thank you for your reply.
He won against all the other R contenders, against Hitlery, and he’s still fighting. So many people can feel in their inner being that God is helping Trump. I see too many people going insane because Trump has not fired everyone in DC and made himself King and personally tossed out all illegals and Moslems himself.
The adversaries he has now - OUR adversaries - just seem so much worse. The Uniparty is so deep and so rotten, like Medusa with snake heads.
I'm with you. Now is the time for trust, loyalty, and unity—things which President Trump has thoroughly earned—so his administration can build momentum going into the summer, emerging stronger than ever this fall—just in time for the new budget.
Unfortunately, others apparently think that now is the time for endless hand-wringing, second-guessing, and negativity—all of which serve no purpose other than aiding and abetting the Enemy by undermining morale.
What I don’t understand is this senate rule of 60 votes. Someone please explain to me why we are so frightened of this.
It looks like to me (correct me if I am wrong) that this is just a symbolic filibuster, kind of like the “symbolic hunger strike” where the kids are allowed to eat if they get hungry. Why not go back to the way the founders wanted, and have the senators actually stand and speak for as long as they can, and the other side waits them out. Once they stop speaking, have the vote. I know it is uncomfortable to sit through many hours of democrat droning on, but isn’t that what they were actually elected to do? Why would we allow a “shutdown”. Why can’t we just revert back to the old rules where congress actually has to do its job. Please advise.
+1
I really wish Trump were more articulate. Remember when Reagan would go straight to the American people and ask them to call their congressman in order to get the things he wanted passed? Trump needs to also do this, but he needs to be able to explain to Americans in a way that they understand and want to take action. Maybe he should have Mulvaney explain things to the people, and then have Trump ask for action. I don’t know.
Folks who underestimate [Trump]... Now you're crowing, Rooster. A short history lesson:

So to those who underestimate Trump, I say C[R]OCK-A-DOODLE-DOO to you.;-)
