CCW question here please,
If you are a legal CCW carrier in a situation like this and you are in your local ,whatever, store and come upon a situation like this where some nut job is attacking and strangling some waif, do ya shoot the person?

I think the woman getting beat up would appreciate it if a ccw holder took him out no?
First thing I learned in the ccw class was “don’t shock a jury”.
Now, would taking out a goat-humping mysoginist actively beating up a clerk shock a jury??? Hmmm
