Hate to keep pinging you on this same subject but facts keep coming in.

You are going to LOVE this one.....

“Channel 4 has uncovered new information about where Thomas and Cummins were allowed to go together after they were allegedly caught kissing in a classroom.

It wasn’t like a make out kiss. Just a peck on the lips.” That’s what a student at Culleoka Unit School told school authorities on Jan. 24 when describing the alleged classroom kiss between Cummins and Thomas.

The school then launched its own investigation. On Jan. 27, Thomas was removed from Cummins’ classroom.

Channel 4 has learned that same day, the district allowed Thomas and Cummins to go on a field trip together.”

Yea.....HOMESCHOOL YOUR KIDS

My guess is that she’s not in physical danger until/unless she wakes up and rejects him. If that happens, she’d better be very careful.

Right, good luck with that. Send them to pre-school a year, then Kindergarten another year, then 12 years spending 8 hours a day with authority figures that have values contrary to what you teach at home - what could go wrong?

And the school dismissed it, IIRC, because it could not be verified.

IOW, they were calling the student who reported it a liar.

Now for future problems they form a “Task force” which means they get their union in high gear to battle such problems should they arise. Or am I wrong?

The man’s wife worked in the school board office, so she might have had some pull.

Do you know what department? If/when this comes out in the trial you just know the family will sue the pants off that county.

Just a guess: a fifteen year old who has been taught and believes that intimacy takes place only within marriage is less likely to fall “in love” with a teacher and act on it.

A lot of folks think government and laws are the first line of defense against teacher/student “romances”.

Children are far more knowledgeable about sex at a far younger age than ever before. Our society is awash in sexual stimulation.

I remember as a child most children would not be affected by the “values contrary to the ones taught at home” because they were actually taught those values and internalized them. A post-pubescent child is quite capable of unwisely “falling in love.”

That same child can also have a conscience which protects them against acting upon it.

No, but it was mentioned in some of the earlier news stories.

Does the girl have a father at home? If not, she would be more susceptible to the attentions of an older man.

Or teach them morality in the first place.

It may not be obvious, but some otherwise "normal" seeming kids have subtle brain impairments - physical brain functions that literally make it impossible casually for the parents, or anyone else to see, follow up and compensate for.

Morality is a quite complex human function.

It’s not like it was when you were a kid. Now there are dozens of stories of teachers raping kids, with a twist. Female teachers are raping adolescent boys, and it’s now common to read about.

Schools don’t bother respecting parent’s values — they are not there to teach so much as to indoctrinate. The Democrats have hijacked the schools, and the private ones are only marginally better.

Dr. Dobson has it right — “pull your kids out of school and homeschool”.
