How did Al Franken come into possession of the fake dossier-McCain's? (Question!)

An open question for FReepers. 1) How did Franken get the "dossier" the proven fake one from the MI5 guy hired by democratic operatives to create it? 2.) What part did McCain play in this "dossier" being shared with the White House- not the FBI as he said, but the White House? 3.) Has anyone competently asked McCain about his role in all this, and his ability to do his job, having obviously been "punked" and faked out by dirty tricks leftists?

This is a rather pertinent question, since the predication of the ever persistent relentless destruction of the Trump Administration is the goal of this gambit, with the collusion of the "media" the fake media manufacturers- the Joseph Goebbels of the obamites who will not go away. The goal seeming to be to manufacture a war with Russia over Syria (and for the benefit of the arab spring of the muslim brotherhood partners of the former administration.

McCain is known to have sent an aide, personally to the UK to pick it up from the contract operator who was working for the democrat party operatives. McCain thinking this was some kind of “vital” info for our counterintel. IOW a willing participant in McCain in perpetrating what he knew to be false. And, he continues to be set up— by hackers and others.
