Golden State Warriors All-Star Kevin Durant will minimally miss a month with an MCL sprain and bone bruise in his left knee, but is expected to return for the start of the playoffs in mid-April.
After an MRI late Tuesday night, the Warriors announced on Wednesday that Durant suffered a Grade 2 medial collateral ligament sprain and a tibial bone bruise in Washington.

NO problem. The “playoffs” won’t be over for another 6 months
They really got him so that somebody could get hurt and they wouldn’t have a drop off. Without him they’re “just” the team that went 1-1 in the championship the last 2 years. Sucks that he’s the one who got hurt since he’s supposed to be the insurance, but this is very survivable for them, especially if he’s back before the conference finals.
Durant will be off more than a month.
I sprained my left MCL once, and it took 4 months for my knee to stabilize, and I am a fast healer.
