Feds won’t play that game. But State statutes require testing for potency and presence of toxins or molds and other fungi potentially harmful to chemo patients with weakened immune systems.

Here’s a fast way to put a lot of those cannabis growers out of business: impose USDA and FDA regulations on growing such plants. A lot of growers would leave the business in no time flat if they have to comply with USDA and FDA regulations.

Visit ANY Drain the Swamp thread, you will witness the vaunted USDA/FDA being near the top of the list for closure! Who you gonna send in next? Your slip is showing!

Do you know that using cannabis does not kill brain cells like alcohol does?

Our bodies were designed to observe & process cannabinoids—our brains have specific receptors just for this.

That should read “Absorb & process”. Sometimes spellcheck is not my friend. :)

Texas isn’t cracking down on weed, Houston just got a new police chief from weirdsville Austin who basically decriminalized 4 oz possession of pot in H-town.

Bet he still throws the book at minors in possession of a six-pack of bud-light in a car.

Yep, we Austin folks unfortunately for Houston handed him down.

First thing to watch for: arrests and beatings of UofH black athletes. It’s a personal vendetta for him.

To say it's not government's business if you damage yourself with tobacco, alcohol, or pot is not to "sign off" on those choices.

I think one of the biggest problems with marijuana is it makes people want to drink more. They think they’re mostly sober until they talk and interact with people who say, “what the hell?”

No, I'm not acquainted with anyone who matches that description. How is smelling of patchouli and loving surfing and windchimes government's business?

"Weed stocks are a boon to the penny stock pump and dump game."

Well, I don't care. As soon as I get my $7 Million dollars from a Nigerian Prince I'm helping out, I'm gonna buy in big on pot stocks.
