This will give Trump the names of people or departments to shut down.

Charles Murray talks about this in his book “By the People”, the large unelected bureaucracy so large it can go around Congress and so entrenched and protected it can even ignore the President.

"Bureaucrats in the federal government, unhappy with the results of the election, feel they should be the ones to decide how America is run, and they are plotting their resistance to President Trump."

I predict their rebellion will be short-lived.

Having retired from a bureaucracy (a large public University) I can attest to the fact that you practically have to be an ax murderer in order to get canned, as so many are protected by Civil Service, even many of our Diplomats at the State Dept.

Getting rid of bad employees is a multi-step process involving constant documentation of bad behavior over a period of time. This will not be easy, unless you change the civil service rules & regs themselves. And no one seems to have the guts to take this on.

Trump can’t do it unilaterally; Congress must go along, and as they all have many civil service employees working for them in their offices, the odds of changing the civil service system will not be easy, to say the least. But I suspect the Trump Admin will try to do something, and those they can fire, (or not hire) they will.

This is always the case. Republican presidents, even to a large extent Reagan, always retain most of the second level appointed officials who then busily subvert the president’s wishes for 4 years. The Democrats always fire everyone appointed by any previous Republican and figure how to maneuver the precious few rational Civil Service bureaucrats out of positions of effectiveness.

Bureaucrats in the federal government, unhappy with the results of the election, feel they should be the ones to decide how America is run, and they are plotting their resistance to President Trump.

The bureaucrats are not unhappy, they are livid. I have posted this several times already in the past few months. The Federal agencies have been running the country for their own personal benefit for 30+ years. Elijah Cummings, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi are only one a few of the members of Congress directly involved in helping them do this.

The administration needs to purge many, many high level managers in ALL Federal agencies. Failure to do so will only reinforce the severe governmental damage to the country and will result in a totalitarian, oligarchy-type rule of the country moving forward.

Reform is only blocked if you play by their rules. Could be messy—the choice is submit or escalate our play. It’s an all or nothing proposition which they defined as the playing field.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act should have application. Establish that crimes covered are applicable to any individual connected within the network. Seize assets and charge the conspirators. Private individuals affected by actions of the conspirators have standing to bring civil suit.

Has been used against those committing retaliation or retribution for cooperating with federal law enforcement or intelligence agencies.

Could be applied in an attempt to curb alleged abuses of the legal system as a weapon to retaliate against whistle blowers, victims, or to silence another’s speech.

No question.

It is also possible that Obama's federal appointees committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights).

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a "pattern" (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Taxpayers demand investigation by the following agencies commence at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division--Organized Crime and Gang Section.

If it were someone other than Trump, the courts would concern me more.

But i have a feeling his patience with the courts is waning and hell, obama ignored the courts, and people would support Trump for doing the same.

Read a bunch of stories that immigration was ignoring the most recent 9th circuit ruling

I worked in private investment banks and they could have cut 20.

I think the fed gov is good for 70, honestly.
