I reject the premise of your question. There is zero need for a choice. Both can easily be done immediately and simultaneously.

We must establish a financial understanding of the “replace” elements for healthcare, before proposing specific tax policy.
Obamacare has to die. The best way to do that is to push it through before the establishment finds an effective narrative to stop the restoration of constitutional government. Go for the big wins early:
Build the wall.
Repeal (not replace) Obamacare.
Deport illegals.
Reduce regulations.
Shrink FedGov.
Follow that with tax cuts, eventually, but they can wait. We owe it to our children to start paying down Obama’s crippling debt once we’ve shrunken FedGov.

notwithstanding the question leans towards an “either/or” response - I think most Freepers understand that both will have action taken - but I think the tax cuts can be more speedily implemented (as they should be).

I’d like your thoughts on how to get rid of obamacare, and what comes in its place. We all know that the dems lied, they wanted single-payer all along, and in fact the ACA was designed to crash under its own weight - so those lying dems could turn around and suggest single-payer as the solution (once all other possible solutions had been crippled after these past 6-7 years...)
It also had a chance to sink roots these last 7 years or so to become - what Ronald Reagan once described as the nearest thing to eternal life we’ll see on earth: A government Program.
The roots have grown deep; freebies to non-producers coming from those who are productive have a knack of doing that. Free Market solutions, which before ACA would have been hard to implement, are now harder. Insurance companies, ditto.
Not impossible, i believe doable, but certainly not as quickly as implementing tax cuts.
Outside of that, would love to hear more details on how to replace. Wasn’t Trump’s secretary of Health supposedly a guy with excellent ideas on how to get rid of ACA? Haven’t heard much on details since then (prob just alot of schaff from the other b/s fake news spewed by leftists these past few weeks).
Replacing ACA will take time - but as another freeper posted, it has to be done by 2018 midterms or the dhimmi eye-of-mordor will breath new life again.
While that’s being worked on, however, let’s get the $$$ back to the pockets of those who know what best to do with it - the American People who earned it in the first place. That, we can - and should - do as soon as we can.

Tax rates are rather a continuum from freest to least free, so it’s not the same.
Let’s say only one or the other ends up getting done. Ebolacare is far more fundamental a question, and far harder for libs to screw us again later if you fix it now, than twiddling with tax rates.
