Ivanka Trump has a new address, and it's in Washington, D.C. The daughter of president-elect Donald Trump will continue to play a role in his administration as she leaves her native New York for the nation's capital. Trump's new residence is situated in the city's Kalorama neighborhood, an area that will ring familiar to those who've followed the Obamas' next move—it's where the current First Family will be living after they move out of the White House. Incredibly, Trump will be living less than two blocks away, as Washington Fine Properties agent William F.X. Moody confirmed to The Washingtonian. While your mind goes through all of the imaginable scenarios of the political families' inevitable run-ins, you can take a look at exactly how well Trump, her husband, Jared Kushner, and their three children will be living.
The family might not be residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, but they will be living in their own kind of white house. Their renovated historical mansion has a white coat of exterior paint, just like her father's soon-to-be home. Designed by the late famed D.C. architect Waddy Wood, the house sprawls across 7,000 square feet of living space on an almost one-acre lot.
Also, Tony Podesta. What an undesirable neighborhood. Those kitchen stairs are definitely not kid friendly.
You’ve got that right. What are they thinking? Seems to me there is hardly any room to walk from kitchen to the next room. I’d hate those stairs.

I dislike this kind of design—but there are safety-glass barriers on that stairwell. Think of the fingerprints!
He didn’t buy the DC house. One of Hellary’s ex staff is letting him “rent” it. IOW, the DNC is letting him use it. The house has had multiple owners in recent years and the current ones had it on the market for a while. Guessing decent people with children don’t like the neighbors.
