Women, minorities and transgender people have felt unwelcome and unsafe in Philadelphia's gay neighborhood for decades, according to a city report issued Monday.
To address the issue, the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations recommended that Gayborhood bars and nonprofits undergo training for racial bias and hire more diverse staff. The agency has issued an action plan for the next three months and said organizations that do not cooperate could be punished or face legal action.

A Gayborhood is a place where one goes to get AIDS.

The "Gayborhood" is in the Rittenhouse Square area in downtown Philadelphia (the city even put up street signs identifying the area as "The Gayborhood!) It is a section of the city containing some of the most expensive real estate in the country.
The blacks aren’t going to like giving up their top place on the victimhood pile.
It will be fun watching the little angry groups eat each other.
So even the perverts are racists in Philly.
In the liberal pecking order, sexual perverts are higher than blacks, who are in turn higher than Hispanics (some European ancestry), who are then above Asians (too middle class).
I swear to God. I simply cannot roll my eyes further than they have already rolled.
