It has been announced today that Bob Beckel will be returning to The Five on Fox News. Of course, there is an issue that must be addressed almost from the moment that Beckel reappears on his old show. It is the laughably wrong predictions Beckel was making on CNN in the months leading into the November election. It wasn't just that his predictions were wrong but the over the top manner of cocky certitude in which they were delivered. Before we review Beckel's inadvertent comedy act while at CNN, let us read the news of his return to his old slot via Mediaite:

Several weeks ago, Beckel was going to ‘go to London’, to find some damaging love letter Trump wrote to Princess Diana.
I’d start demanding he put up or shut up.
I take it that they were successful drying him out at whatever rehab center he was in?
Translation: Bob got his “one year chip” from AA and is now sober enough to go back to FOX...I on the other hand refuse to get drunk enough to listen to a single word he says so FAUX news is still on my verboten list!
Tales of derring-do from his secret mission as an ad hoc double-nought spy should be very entertaining in an amateur, faux Tom Clancy-ish way.
I think they should have Bob Beckel do a series on this.
I’ll take Beckel as the token Lib any day over Juan Williams. I want the not out front Dem, Dana Perino, to get the boot next. First Williams, then Perino, then Gutfeld who just annoys me most of the time with his corny jokes all the time.
Juan Williams has made The Five almost unwatchable with his constant spouting of democrat talking points over and over again, trying to monopolize the show.
It’s going to be painful to watch the 5 today. Juan “talking points” Williams as irritating as he is memorizing party line talking points, but Bob is better drunk than watching Geraldo.
But I just dropped Charter so I don't have to worry about it anymore.

He had been on CNN as of late, I am assuming he must have had a contract with them!!! Must have been a VERY SHORT contract!!! Juan does NOT FIT on the Five KG and Bolling have a REALLY hard time dealing with him, I would assume there have been NUMEROUS complaints from viewers and also losses of many viewers Juan is an IDIOT!!!!
.....so FAUX news is still on my verboten list!
