Civil Disobedience versus Revolution
Civil Disobedience ^ | 1/16/2017 | EBH

Posted on 01/16/2017 7:09:59 AM PST by EBH

"The essential difference between the two lies in this: the civil disobedient does, while the revolutionary does not, accept the general legitimacy of the authorities," What Civil Disobedience Is Not, Chapter 2, pg-44-45.

Asked whether he would try to forge a relationship with the president-elect, Lewis said that he believes in forgiveness, but added, "it's going to be very difficult. I don't see this president-elect as a legitimate president." This type of language and talk is not about civil disobedience or anything of the sort. It is Revolutionary speech against the legitimate authority. Lewis is very dangerous and while he may not like the policies of Trump, he must by virtue of his position accept the legitimate election. His failure to accept the vote, electoral college, and congressional acceptance of the election results is treason.

Democrats like Sharpton calling for a "season of civil disobedience," against the legitimate authority is Revolutionary. Again, this moves them from policy dispute to authority dispute. The protests we are about to see, at the inauguration are not civil rights protests, as they are against the transition of legitimate power. They are revolutionary protests against the new authority.

These democrats, 0bama, and all this wailing over the election results has set the stage for what appears to be the Revolution on Day 1 of Trump's Presidency. These demonstrations we're going to witness on 1/20/2017 are not Freedom of Speech and technically are not protected under the 1st Amendment as they are being orchestrated against the transitioning of government and a refusal to accept the legitimate construct of the United States government. These democrat 'leaders' are already guilty of sedition and treason.

Sedition: conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch

In law, sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent (or resistance) to lawful authority.

Barack Hussein Obama says he was born a British subject because of his foreign national father, even if he was born in Hawaii, this makes him NOT a natural born citizen.

We have lived for eight years with an illegitimate President.
None of our elected or appointed oath takers would uphold their oath to uphold the Constitution.

Speaking of which...

Who Is Doing the Community Organizing for Black Lives Matter Spectacle?

Not many Black Lives Matter morons would have the initiative to get a poster printed. But it's no mystery where they get the signs that they jab in the air as they chant "What do we want? Dead cops!" The supplier is printed right across the bottom: revcom.us .

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

'Rev' is for revolutionary.
'Com' is for communist
.

Revcom.us bills itself as "the voice of the Revolutionary Communist Party, USA." The explicit objective is to overthrow our constitutional republic and replace it with an oligarchical collectivist dictatorship along the lines of North Korea and the Soviet Union.

Why would advocates of a communist police state agitate against the police? Because as leftists used to admit openly, the issue is never the issue.. This isn't about the police, any more than it is about blacks. It is about destabilizing the system so as to create opportunities to weaken it and eventually overthrow it.

That's what community organizing boils down to. These people have taken over the executive branch of the federal government; why would they stop there?

The next hill they take will be federal control of local police. After that, things will start to get scary.

From the website of the Revolutionary Communist Party (revcom.us):

"Create Public Opinion, Seize Power: We are preparing minds and organizing forces for the time when there is a major crack in the system, whenever it comes and wherever it comes from: an opening that makes it possible to bring the future Revolutionary Army of the Proletariat (R.A.P.) into the field and wage a revolutionary armed struggle that actually has a chance of winning.

And we have said that building our party itself is the most important part of organizing forces for revolution. This is true now, and it is true looking forward to the creation of that future R.A.P. and the waging of that armed struggle.":

The 1992 LA/Rodney King riots were instigated by the Revolutionary Communist Party...

From David Horowitz's FrontpageMag.com /DiscoverTheNetworks.org:

"Throughout its history, one of RCP's [Revolutionary Communist Party] principal objectives has been to foment civil unrest in the United States. The most notable example of such efforts occurred on April 29, 1992, when RCP members looted and trashed the downtown and government districts of Los Angeles, triggering the infamous Rodney King riots. During the days immediately preceding the violence, RCP -- which maintained close ties to the L.A. gangs known as the Crips and the Bloods -- had circulated throughout South Central Los Angeles a leaflet featuring a statement by RCP National Spokesman Carl Dix, titled 'It's Right To Rebel' -- a quote popularized by Mao Zedong.

Encouraged by Dix, RCP activists helped lead the riots that would leave 58 people dead, more than 2,300 people injured, some 5,300 buildings burned, and $1 billion in property damaged or destroyed. On the ten-year anniversary of the rioting, RCP member Joseph Veale fondly recalled the violence as 'the most beautiful, the most heroic civil action in the history of the United States.'"

No amount of capitulation to these revolutionaries could be sufficient. They have been infiltrating and corrupting government and culture since the end of the civil war, which they lost. Their opposition to Trump is identical to the opposition Lincoln suffered from day 1 of his presidency. What remains of the democrat party is a totalitarian, racist juggernaut that will not brook any opposition. They are going down, again.

Rewind the tape to back when the Congress, big media, big talk radio, and the public schools scoffed at/ignored the fact that 0bama spent millions blocking access to critical records, and ran with a phony birth certificate. Even as the country was flirting with the abyss, no one wanted to deal with it - except, of course, the (deplorable) birthers.

HE was the illegitimate President, not Donald J. Trump.

But for eight years the entire country was paralyzed for fear of being called a racist, the true racists are calling Trump illegitimate. And it will haunt him for some time to come.

It NEVER pays to capitulate to evil.

I think their objective is way more than “giving us their opinion.”

Armed struggle? These people pictured above are going to use arms in their up and coming revolutionary struggle?

Lol! Perhaps some of them might. However, the real "soldiers" would, as in the past, likely consist of street thugs, gang members, and other assorted misfits, black, white, Asian and hispanic.

Sharpton needs to get busy preparing his speech for when DJT calls him into the Oval Office & informs Sharpton that he has 72 hours to return with a cashiers check for all the taxes, penalties, and interest he owes to the U S Treasury.

Sedition laws must be enforced. It is the only way to stop this nonsense.
