Personally, I don’t see how its in the interests of the United States to call the leader of any major foreign power a “war criminal.” You could say the same thing about the leadership of China. Other countries have made the same claims about George Bush. In diplomacy, certain things are just accepted — spying, dealing with foreign leaders who are less than savory — its the way the world works. A Wilsonian legalistic view of international relations has gotten the world into a lot of trouble in the past.

The troika of McCain+Graham+Rubio are disgusting neocons, who want to attack any country at the drop of a hat, with more borrowed money from China.
This is the troika’s attempt to get back at Trump, because Trump succeeded where all 3 tried and failed.
Rubio is nothing more than a petulant ANCHOR BABY with NO ties or Loyalty to the US, He should go back to Cuba where his Kind is in Power.

Rubio is just looking for support from others so he is not the lone republican voting against Tillerson. Rubio was against him from the start because of his history with Exxon. Now its his history with Russia.
Its fair to say that if all the accusations are true Russia may be labeled a War Criminal. But if all the accusations are true, the US would be labeled a war criminal as well. Accusations are a tricky thing.

Energy! Businesses alone can't negotiate with foreign powers and dictatorships who control most of the oil reserves.
Tillerson effectively cuts out the middle man. He'll be the point man diplomatically with other nations so that businesses can focus on businesses and not worry about their personnel getting kidnapped in Nigeria or something.
Speaking of Levin, he's persona non grata to me. I donated all of his books I had bought to Goodwill. I no longer listen to his show nor click on the daily Levin thread here.

Rubio is a dick, and behaved like a petulant child as he questioned Tillerson. His “war criminal” case against Putin sounded more like an indictment of Roosevelt’s bombing tactics in WWII. The UniParty desperately wants war with Russia and their desperation is becoming obvious.
