My father was an old time family doctor whose practice still included in home births. The very idea of abortions was abhorrent to him. He often remarked that God will surely punish those who not only performef abortions but advocated them.

With those exceptions, what difference does a 20-week limit make? If the rape or incest hasn't been reported before the 20-week deadline, why not?
