When the tide is going out, a person can actually surf the eddy that forms around the southern support of the Golden Gate Bridge.

However, a person who falls is sucked out to sea a little and it is a big hassle to get back to the starting point.

I went there a few times, the downtown area reminded me of the shops in Capitola.

There’s a wildlife rescue center there as well...big cats and whatnot.

It always reminded me of Solvang, with weirder people but, beautiful..

Haven’t been to Solvang since HS...ate at a Swedish smorgasbord on my way to Santa Barbara to visit kin.
