Most likely, that was me.
The problem with police agencies of any type and at any level is they are reactive, not proactive. They are trying to address the predictions business, but so far, it appears they aren’t good at it.
As for me, I had clearances. They’d run my name and say, “meh.”
Yup. All they need now are several contact switches to trigger whatever payload they use. Game over!

I suppose it's not terrorism yet, but they're watching. I suspect this will be very difficult to defend against.
