He’s an easy guy to hate, but most of us are lucky not to have had his life.

Lucky?

Yep, today I was lucky to mind the store rather then lead a bunch of killers on a mindless rampage of slaughter.

Man, if it had not been for luck it could have just as easily gone the other way.

"...most of us are lucky not to have had his life."

You should rethink that!

Good luck is not what kept any of "us" from the demonic path he chose and bad luck had nothing to do with the evil he did.

I don’t understand what you mean! I really don’t think it was “luck” that kept me from committing several hideous murders. I know right from wrong.

Were you referring to Manson’s childhood?

‘Granted, the odds were against a baby born to a 15-year-old girl more interested in partying than motherhood, one whose shenanigans earned her a five-year jail term for robbery when her son was 4.’

Every one who is the one
Is out looking for the last door
And if you are the one my friend
You don’t need to look any more

And if you are too my friends
Then you know that there’s no place left to go
A reckless hate, baby, we don’t need
No, no, no, no, no, no
Let him go, let him go, let him go, let him go

How else do u think I could
Talk with you except through the music
How else do u think I could stop
The confusion that’s in your mind

Come on, sing me a song
As u come along to the music

Each unto his own kind

Now everybody knows
That there’s nothing to know
Everybody knows
That there’s no place left to go

When you travel fast
It’s much better than slow
Cause it’s coming down quick
And you know you know

- Charles Manson
